The Mixed Stain Calculator makes the appropriate calculations for DNA profiles, including mixed stains.
The Kinship facility solves all irregular cases including reconstruction, incest, sibship, missing body, deficiency, inheritance, paternity variations. The kinship version included with the Toolbox is the "prototype" kinship program. Inquiries are welcome.
The PI calculator does ordinary paternity calculations from your choice of frequency database.
programs perform the "exact tests" (described by Guo & Thompson and by Zaykin, Zhivotovsky & Weir for population studies in STR or other discrete-allele systems.
The Toolbox package also includes allele frequency databases for whatever loci you choose (STR examples, Hinf I examples, pYNH24 Hae III example) and the ability to add further ones if you have data of your own.
The price of $3000 includes 6 months of support, maintenance, and warranty. Also, if you decide to convert to the full DNA·VIEW package, the Toolbox payment is applicable to the upgrade.
